About the Proposals
A planning application is being brought forward by Woburn Developments Ltd, as part of an ambitious plan to restore Woburn House in Millisle.
The proposed development would see the development of new homes and landscaping on the site, to facilitate the renovation of this historic listed building and to convert it to a modern, residential use. Heritage is at the core of this development, which aims to create the conditions for a sustainable long-term use of this important local asset.

Pre-application Community Consultation
We are currently undertaking pre-application community consultation to hear your views on the proposals. During this period, we will be running a range of in-person, digital and remote consultation mechanisms, to ensure we accurately capture the views of those living near to the proposed development.
This pre-application community consultation supplements a previous exercise undertaken in June 2022. It is intended to allow local people and other stakeholders a chance to familiarise themselves with the proposals, and to understand how they have changed since 2022.
